Responsibilities:
- Expert Maintenance & Repair: Perform service on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets high company standards and results in a positive customer experience.
- Mentorship: Share your expertise by assisting with the training of other Service Technicians.
- Schedule: Work a standard 40+ hour week (Monday-Friday) with a minimum of one on-call shift per month and occasional overtime.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated HVAC service experience.
- Education: Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School.
- Licensing: Must hold an EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
- Certification: NATE Certification is required.
- Driving: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon a conditional offer of employment.
