We are seeking an Service Technician to join a dedicated team that provides high-quality heating and air conditioning installations. This full-time position offers a structured Monday to Thursday schedule with occasional overnight travel, compensated with additional pay and covered expenses. Schedule: Monday to Thursday
Hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (35 - 45 hours/week and 8 - 10 hour days)
Wage: $124.00 - $40.00/HR
Travel Requirements: If overnight travel is required, return on Thursday (Traveling up to 3 hours away)
On-Call Requirements: On-Call every 5th week

Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment per manufacturer specifications and company standards.

- Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Travel to homes and businesses as scheduled
- Perform consultations with customers to determine needs and discuss solutions
- Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Inspect existing HVAC systems for safety and efficiency
- Conduct performance tests using specialized tools
- Perform preventative maintenance to extend system longevity
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues
- Sell ongoing maintenance contracts to customers
- Maintain accurate inventory, records, and customer transactions
Skills:
- Experience as an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician
- Relevant certifications, trainings, or education
- Leadership experience
- Previous service technician experience

- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Comfortable working on ladders, at various heights, confined spaces, and small crawl spaces
