Legal Representation: Provide comprehensive legal representation to individuals before various government agencies, including U.S. Immigration Courts, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Department of State, and other relevant bodies.Court Proceedings: Represent clients in U.S. state courts when necessary, and prepare and file appeals, motions, and petitions before federal district courts and federal circuit courts.Caseload Management: Independently manage large caseloads in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely case preparation and adherence to all legal deadlines.Client Consultation & Preparation: Conduct thorough client consultations, determine eligibility, identify legal problems, and provide appropriate legal assistance (advice, referrals, representation). Prepare clients for interviews before USCIS, U.S. Immigration Courts, and state courts.Legal Strategy & Research: Analyze probable case outcomes, interpret immigration laws, rulings, agency guidance, and regulations to develop sound legal strategies. Conduct in-depth legal research to support case development and litigation.Supervision & Mentorship: Supervise paralegals on assigned cases, monitoring progress, setting case strategies, and overseeing recordkeeping and document preparation.
