The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a solid understanding of import/export documentation, and experience working in fast-paced logistics environments.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with third-party vendors and logistics partners
Manage the receiving process for bulk production and verify inventory counts
Assist with credit memos, chargebacks, and vendor documentation for accounting
File claims for lost or damaged shipments and follow through to resolution
Audit and submit vendor shipping documents for payment processing
Maintain tracking logs and reporting on inventory, FedEx/DHL claims, and duty drawback documentation
Work cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Accounting, and Operations
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including proper use of HTS codes and export documentation
Support ERP (NetSuite), WMS, Shopify, and ShipStation systems for inventory and order processing
Perform ad-hoc logistics duties as assigned
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Ability to lift/move packages up to 25 lbs
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing
Use of office equipment including computers and printers
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience (import/export preferred)
Familiarity with HTS codes, customs documentation, and AES filing
Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems (NetSuite, Shopify, ShipStation a plus)
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with FedEx Manager and other major shipping platforms preferred
