Shift Information
This role features a rotating schedule to ensure total team coverage (2-week rotations):
Shift A: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Shift B: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shift C: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Specialist, you aren't just answering phones—you are diagnosing issues and providing engineered solutions.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose motor malfunctions and provide clear, concise technical guidance to users.
Order Management: Process orders for replacement parts, repairs, and finished products with high accuracy.
Product Education: Empower customers by explaining product features, software functions, and installation procedures.
Pre-Sale Consulting: Advise on product selection and availability to help customers find the right motor for their needs.
Service Coordination: Manage return and repair authorizations (RMAs) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Documentation: Use CRM software to meticulously track interactions, tickets, and performance analytics.
Candidate Requirements
Preferred Skills:
Call Center Experience: Proven success in a high-volume support environment.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using ticket management systems and CRM software.
Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to read and interpret dimensional drawings, specifications, and installation manuals.
Product Training: Experience educating others on technical product functions.
Qualifications:
Communication: Elite verbal and written skills; ability to cross-sell and up-sell products naturally.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a quick learner of new applications.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases effectively.
Basic Math: Ability to perform standard calculations for orders and inventory.
