Maintain and repair processing, packaging, and facility equipment to minimize downtime.Work collaboratively with other Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.Install and maintain production equipment, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.Assist in training new Maintenance Technicians as needed.Maintain all maintenance logs during assigned shift.Complete pre-scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is production-ready.Promptly respond to equipment breakdowns and unplanned downtime.Understand and support daily business objectives; participate in shift meetings and ensure accurate documentation.Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, electrical drawings, and process diagrams.Perform preventative maintenance, equipment installation, and repair of wastewater systems and building infrastructure.Support capital improvement and infrastructure projects.Comply with all applicable food safety and regulatory requirements, including SQF, FDA, and PMO standards.Follow all company safety procedures, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and policies to ensure food safety and product quality.Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently under minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of PLCs, as well as electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and refrigeration systems.
