Maintain computer systems and installing updates., Assist employees with issues regarding software, forgotten passwords and access, viruses, email, printers and security., Install computer equipment such as desktop units, laptops, and printers., Set up new hire user access and assisting with onboarding., Act in the role of POC for vendors and equipment maintenance contracts., Monitor related inventory to ensure availability., Implement associated staff training programs., Maintaining the telephone system, cell phones, and audio/visual equipment for both divisions and working with external vendors to resolve issues., Train under members of the IT department in order to act in the role of backup for specific programs and projects., Remain current with industry trends through continuous improvement and training., Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information encountered day to day on employee’s electronic devices to include, but not limited to computer, mobile device, printer, copier, etc. Confidential and sensitive information is to be treated with respect and care., Attend social/recreational events as required to supervise and assist disabled individuals.
