Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking needs
- Manage shipping documentation including packing lists and labels
- Answer incoming phone calls, assist with counter sales, and enter orders
- Provide timely quotes, orders, and estimated arrival times to accounts
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- A desire to learn and a strong interest in supply chain or distribution
- Great attention to detail when managing paperwork
- Flexibility to train and support multiple departments
