Temp-to-Hire position (eligible for conversion at 520 hours)
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue by educating clients on products, services, and current promotions while achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Manage front desk operations by greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and processing payments efficiently.
- Handle administrative duties including maintaining accurate client records, managing the POS system, and overseeing inventory merchandising.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and building strong, lasting client relationships.
- Support daily operations by keeping the front desk and lobby organized and assisting with general office tasks like data entry and filing.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Prior experience using CRM software and familiarity with scheduling platforms.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience with upselling and cross-selling.
- Knowledge of inventory processes and visual merchandising techniques.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1???2 years??? experience in a customer service or sales-focused role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain product and service benefits.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including POS, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
