? Cold call and prospect self-generated leads to develop new business opportunities
? Follow up promptly on inbound leads obtained through marketing efforts
? Act on and follow up with all leads and assignments provided by upper management
? Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle
? Track outreach, conversations, and pipeline activity in CRM
? Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
? Provide feedback to management on lead quality and market trends
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Qualifications:
? Previous inside and/or outside sales experience required
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
? Proficient in Excel and spreadsheets with the ability to manage and track sales data
efficiently
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
? Reliable and able to work in-office
? Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
? Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple leads effectively
