Responsibilities:
Drive Revenue: Proactively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups to build a robust sales pipeline.
Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with current clients, ensuring high retention rates and identifying upselling opportunities.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and provide tailored recommendations from an extensive catalog of furniture, technology, and supplies.
Quote & Close: Prepare accurate price quotes, handle negotiations, and see orders through from initial interest to final delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with the outside sales team and customer service to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.
CRM Hygiene: Diligently track all lead activity, communications, and sales stages within a CRM system.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the office furniture, stationery, or B2B supply industry.
Analytical Ability: Comfortable using basic math to calculate margins, discounts, and bulk pricing.
Social Selling: Experience using LinkedIn or other professional networks to research and engage with prospects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and experience navigating CRM software.
