You'll be responsible for processing insurance claims, manage customer communications, and keep records accurate and up-to-date - all while working alongside a dedicated, fast-paced team:- Quick learner - expected to pick up on the claims process within 1-3 business days' of training- Answer inbound calls and provide professional, empathetic support to customers and insurance representatives. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.- Process and update insurance claim information in the internal system with accuracy and speed. You???ll maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and project statuses.- Follow up with customers as needed to provide claim updates or request additional information. Coordinate with the production, sales, and project management teams to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of roofing projects.- Coordinate with field teams to ensure claim information is current and correct. Act as a liaison between customers and other departments to ensure concerns are addressed and resolved quickly.- Maintain confidentiality of all customer and claim data.- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.- Assist customers with billing inquiries, service agreements, and warranty claims.

Skills and experience that are a plus and set you apart, but never required to be successful:- Previous experience processing insurance claims or working in a claims environment.- Familiarity with Florida property insurance terminology.- Call center or high-volume customer service background.- Basic knowledge of roofing systems, services, and terminology
Skills and experience required to be successful:- Prior office, administrative, or customer service experience. One or more years of experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home improvement industry.- High attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to handle customer expectations and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.- Computer proficiency, including comfort navigating multiple systems. Experience with CRM systems or customer service software is preferred.- Reliable attendance and commitment to your set schedule for the entire 12-week project.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
