Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client calls and inquiries
- Gather and document client information and underwriting details to prepare accurate insurance quotes
- Qualify prospective clients and submit applications through various carriers and rating platforms
- Manage and update client data within the agency management system
- Communicate with prospects through regular follow-ups, emails, and professional letters
- Educate clients on available coverage options and present new policies when they are ready to buy
- Load applications for producers and service assigned account portfolios
Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty license
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask across phone calls, data entry, and email systems
- Foundational knowledge of insurance coverages or the ability to learn quickly
