• Perform true-up activities, including scheduling, verifying inbound/outbound entries in SAP, compiling adjustments and disposal information for SAP removal, and reconciling variances against SAP.
• Analyze on-hand inventory for accuracy, ensuring correct attributes (ship-by days, expiration dates, batch numbers).
• Conduct visual inspections and counts of inventory as needed.
• Execute CHEP pallet reconciliations according to specified cadences.
• Identify root causes of discrepancies and inaccuracies in perpetual inventory through process analysis.
• Assist in scheduling, preparing for, and managing customer inventory audits.
• Prepare warehouse operation and inventory reports, including KPI trend graphs.
• Run various system reports as appropriate.
• Perform weekly Gemba and inventory audits within the warehouse.
• Provide timely communication and completion of customer requests.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure professional, consistent, and timely communication.
• Work with warehouse/3PL to ensure prompt provision of BOLs and other inventory documentation to customers.
• Support and drive improvement of 3PL inventory KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement by working with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and implement best practices/routines.
• Develop relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Continuously learn and develop knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of direct inventory experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite programs (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Collaborative and effective in a team environment.
• Associate degree with a management or supply chain background.
• Experience in food service distribution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems such as SAP.
