Responsibilities:
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance and processing of incoming stock and materials. A key part of the job is using specialized software to ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory records. This includes completing daily inventory transactions and updating records to maintain accurate stock levels. You will also assist with inventory counts and audits , as well as preparing and packaging outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. The role requires you to inspect and report any damages or discrepancies. This position works in a warehouse environment and may involve exposure to dust, noise, and non-climate-controlled areas
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Technology Proficiency: You must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with inventory management software.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Physical Ability: You must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
You must have at least two years of prior experience in an inventory or warehouse environment
