Pay Rate: $85,000 -$110,000/yr

Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Design, implement, and maintain hybrid infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, Azure cloud-based virtual machines, and virtualization platforms like Hyper-V.
- Project Leadership: Lead or co-lead critical IT infrastructure projects, such as system migrations, cloud adoption initiatives, and enterprise-wide technology roll-outs.
- Systems Administration: Administer Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID (Identity services), and mobile device management (MDM) tools.
- Security & Compliance: Manage security monitoring, incident response, and regular patching to mitigate vulnerabilities and maintain compliance.
- Technical Support: Provide Tier II/III support for complex systems and assist with escalated end-user support tasks as needed.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain IT documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and change control procedures.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to perform physical activities including standing, stooping, bending, and reaching.

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must be able to answer "Yes" to the following:
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and cloud environment management.
- Experience maintaining or securing Microsoft 365 or Azure environments.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment (on-premises and cloud infrastructure).
- Proven track record of leading or co-leading IT infrastructure or cloud migration projects.
- Experience providing Tier II or Tier III technical support for systems or infrastructure.
- Experience writing IT documentation, SOPs, or change control procedures.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, or ITAM frameworks and practices.
- Ability and willingness to travel periodically to other company sites and acquisition locations.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent work experience).
- Relevant certifications (Azure Administrator/Architect, Network+, Security+) are highly preferred. Physical Requirements
