Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and manage cleaning staff across various locations, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Operational Oversight: Coordinate schedules and ensure all sites are fully staffed; personally cover missed shifts if an employee is absent to ensure service continuity.

Supply Management: Monitor inventory levels for all managed sites, ordering and stocking cleaning supplies as needed to prevent service interruptions.

Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for facility clients, conducting regular check-ins and addressing any feedback or concerns promptly.

Field Travel: Travel frequently between multiple job sites in the surrounding Spokane area using a provided company vehicle.

Quality Control: Perform regular site inspections to ensure all cleaning protocols and safety standards are being strictly followed.

Working hours: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within the janitorial or facility maintenance industry.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team coaching and client management.

Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Security Clearance: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive government clearance background check.

Driver???s License: Valid driver???s license with a clean driving record to operate the provided company vehicle.

Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours and step into "hands-on" cleaning duties when necessary to cover staffing gaps.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform cleaning tasks and remain on your feet for extended periods.
