Primary responsibilities will include:
? Food preparation and line cooking
? Preparing menu items consistently and to established standards

? Grill, fryer, oven, and other commercial kitchen equipment operation
? Maintaining proper food temperatures, storage, rotation, and labeling
? Daily cleaning and sanitation of work areas and equipment
? Following food safety and health department requirements
? Opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned
? Receiving and properly storing food deliveries
? Assisting with inventory and identifying supply needs
? Supporting banquets, hall rentals, special events, and other functions as required
? Working as part of the kitchen and bar operations team under Post management
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Candidates with prior commercial kitchen or line-cook experience.
Current food-handler certification and/or Safe Serve certification would be a plus.

Qualifications:
- Some experience in food prep, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Reliability and cleanliness are extremely important
- Must be fluent in English
- Candidates must have a flexible schedule. This position includes lunch service as well as some evening, weekend, and special-event shifts, so broad availability is required.
