Responsibilities:
Perform complex electromechanical assembly, including wire harnessing, soldering, and cable routing.
Test and inspect products using tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and Hi-Pot testers.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE and cleanroom procedures.
Manage inventory, track raw materials, and monitor production shortages.
Document manufacturing processes and create work instructions.
Conduct shipping, receiving, and packaging tasks.
Use UV curing, resin, and epoxy application techniques.
Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Fixture Design: Experience with designing fixtures to optimize assembly processes.
Process Improvement: A proactive approach to suggesting improvements and a track record of assisting with process documentation.
Leadership & Training: Experience with team cross-training, line coordination, and mentorship.
Verification & Validation (V&V): Supporting the development and refinement of V&V instructions and test procedures.
Software: Familiarity with specific software like Bartender for labeling.
Performance Oversight: Experience with audits, scheduling, and performance appraisals.
Customer Interaction: Experience with special customer order requirements.

Qualifications:
Electromechanical Assembly & Testing: Experience with complex electromechanical assemblies, including wire harnessing, soldering, and cable routing. Must be proficient with AC/DC systems up to 480V.
Testing & Inspection: Ability to perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and use a variety of testing tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and Hi-Pot testers.
Technical Operations: Strict adherence to PPE and cleanroom protocols. Must have experience with inventory management, and regular tool and equipment monitoring and calibration.
Logistics & Inventory: Skilled in shipping, receiving, and packaging. Must be able to manage raw material and assembly inventory, work orders, and monitor production shortages.
Process Documentation: Experience assisting with and creating Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
Software: Proficiency with ERP Systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
Soldering Techniques: Experienced in rework, prototyping, and leaded/unleaded soldering under ESD-safe conditions.
Material Application: Proficient in UV curing, resin, and epoxy application.
