Candidates with management experience in landscaping, pest control, horticulture, agriculture, or related field a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage branch staff to achieve operational goals.
Not directly managing the sales operations of the branch.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
Manage Account Managers, Production Managers, and production staff.
Attend customer meetings.
Manage various projects to ensure goals & objectives are accomplished on time, budget, and to standard.
Review and provide feedback on proposals submitted by Account Managers.
Work directly with Field Managers and crew members to ensure proper curb appeal, client expectations are met, and the highest level of quality is maintained,
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of employee relation experience and dealing with different personalities.
Experience with contracts and specifications to ensure compliance with state & federal regulations.
Possess through Horticultural knowledge and experience.
Able to meet constantly changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven analytical skills to assess branch performance and make data-driven decisions.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscaping Maintenance, Agronomy, Floriculture, Forestry, Plant & Soil Science.
3+ years of management experience in the landscaping business or owner of a mid size landscaping business.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
