Spherion Gainesville, FL has a local industry-leading client seeking a Landscaping/Facilities Technician responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and upkeep of their outdoor grounds and property areas. This groundskeeper will handle lawn maintenance, landscaping duties, plant and tree care, and general property inspections to ensure the grounds remain clean, safe, and professional-looking. Location: Gainesville, Florida
Position: Permanent, Full Time
Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Assists in the upkeep of the external grounds of the property.
- Maintains plants, flowerbeds, shrubs, trees and lawn.
- Conducts regular inspections of grounds to identify conditions and safety needs.
- May be responsible for coordinating efforts of grounds keeping vendors.
- Supports the maintenance team as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- General knowledge of landscaping and lawn maintenance
- Basic understanding of plant and tree care
