Responsibilities:
Primary objectives for this position are increasing the net operating income of the community through strong leasing skills, while providing for a quality living environment for residents. Must be able to perform multiple tasks and work well in a team environment. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products are also required. Additional responsibilities include personnel management, revenue enhancement, capital improvement, information reporting and compliance with applicable laws and company policies
