We are seeking a compassionate, community-minded Licensed Assisted Living Director to oversee two boutique assisted living residences dedicated to dignity and personalized care. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 (Commensurate with experience and RN licensure)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (with shared on-call responsibilities)
Your Impact:
- Operational Excellence: You will drive the success of both facilities by managing daily operations and ensuring meticulous adherence to all regulatory and licensing standards.
- Team Empowerment: Lead the charge in hiring, training, and mentoring a staff that feels supported and inspired. You???ll conduct bi-monthly meetings and keep communication lines open and transparent.
- Community Growth: Meet with prospective families, conduct tours, and manage the screening process for new referrals to keep our communities vibrant and full.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee daily documentation, prepare for state surveys/audits, and ensure financial reports are accurate and on track.
- Resident Advocacy: Develop personalized policies and participate in resident team screenings to ensure every individual is aging with the dignity they deserve.
What You Bring:
- Licensure: Active LALD (Licensed Assisted Living Director) license in the state of Minnesota is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in an Assisted Living setting. (If you are an RN, your clinical expertise is a major plus and will be reflected in your compensation!)
- The Basics: 18+ years of age, High School Diploma/GED, and a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (travel between sites is required).
- The "Extras": You are a fluent communicator who can think on your feet, make independent decisions, and pivot when the day gets unpredictable.
