This position is responsible for all electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs of facility equipment, as well as assisting with hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.

Multiple Shift Options Available:
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of electrical functions to install, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery across plant and office areas.
• Calculate load requirements for new equipment and install new circuits.
• Install new machinery, fixtures, and necessary electrical, plumbing, and related hook-ups.
• Diagnose problems and repair electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic machine operations promptly to minimize downtime.
• Determine necessary repair parts/supplies and requisition them through the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead.
• Record all electrical installations requiring state inspection in the Electrical Inspection Log.
• Assist in developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Train and mentor unlicensed electricians, department personnel, and operators.
• Follow all safety rules, chemical/hazardous waste handling guidelines, and report potential hazards.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of maintenance electrical experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Valid Minnesota Class A Master, Class A Journeyman, and/or Maintenance Electrician license required.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Analytical skills for performing complex repairs.
