Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year base salary + unlimited commission.
Schedule: Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Generate new business through active networking, referrals, and prospecting in the community.
Consult with clients to thoroughly understand their insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions.
Manage the complete sales process, including preparing quotes, binding policies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Manage your sales pipeline using internal CRM software.
Collaborate with an experienced team to achieve individual and agency-wide production goals.
Stay current on insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Previous insurance sales or insurance account management experience.

Qualifications:
Licensing: Active Alabama Property & Casualty License.
