Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions

Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic and/or mechanical components, subassemblies, and products using hand and power tools.
Perform repetitive and non-repetitive tasks on production lines following established procedures and work instructions.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience with soldering or crimping - Especially in electronic/mechanical assemblies.
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience - Even in a different industry.

Basic mechanical aptitude ??? Ability to work with mechanical parts, hand tools, and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret diagrams/drawings ??? Can follow visual work instructions, assembly blueprints, or schematics.
Manual dexterity ??? Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands for precise work.
Basic math skills ??? Able to measure, calculate dimensions, and understand tolerances.
Attention to detail ??? Spotting defects, errors in assembly, or issues with components.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions ??? Following step-by-step procedures reliably.
Basic electrical understanding ??? Knowledge of continuity and simple circuit concepts to perform checks.
Ability to stand or sit for long periods ??? Depending on the workstation setup.
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks ??? Many assembly tasks are consistent and cyclical.
Basic safety awareness ??? Understanding of PPE (personal protective equipment), safe tool use, etc.
