Role Highlights:
- $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience
- Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with occasional Saturdays
- Direct Hire permanent placement

What You'll Do:
- Greet retail customers, inspect incoming scrap metal, and properly identify ferrous and non-ferrous commodities
- Weigh materials accurately and enter product and customer details into the inventory system
- Process customer transactions and ensure correct documentation for payments
- Safely operate forklifts, balers, and other heavy equipment to move and organize material throughout the yard
- Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties to keep operations efficient
- Work comfortably in a warehouse and outdoor yard environment subject to dirt, dust, and changing weather conditions
What You'll Bring
- Proven customer service experience with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Confident forklift operation experience is required
- Previous warehouse, industrial, or outdoor yard experience preferred
- Prior experience with scrap metal identification or knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous materials is a plus
- Background with shredders, inventory management, or equipment operation is helpful
- Ability to work the standard schedule and occasional Saturdays as needed
