- Process Construction Draws and FBO Account Draws, collecting W-9 information,
...
- 1099 Reporting, producing lien waivers and coordinates with construction inspectors for inspections.
- Process Insurance Payouts from Escrow Accounts, updates loan files with new insurance and Updates Note Ticklers
- Monitors and Balance multiple General Ledger Accounts
- Prepares Payoff Quotes
- Reviews Transaction Exceptions and Note Exceptions
- Reviews Coupon Orders
- Prepares Adverse Actions
- Loan Monitoring
- Balance Private Mortgage Insurance (MGIC) Monthly and Send Annual Notices
- Reviews Appraisals and Certified Market Analyses
- Prepare Morning Reports
- Customer Service - Answer Phones and Direct Walk in Customers
- Notary Public
- Filing
- Reconveyances
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- General office equipment (computer, printer, fax, copy machine), scanner, adding machine, calculator.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and time management skills

1-4 years

- Able to pass a background and credit check
