Work with drivers via phone and text. Responsible for making sure drivers understand and meet customer expectations. Monitor drivers to ensure proper execution of the requirements. Aid drivers in need of assistance. Work with clients to ensure expectations are met.

Dispatch orders to drivers
Effectively communicate pickup and delivery information to drivers.
Monitor drivers to ensure successful pickup and delivery.
Aid drivers in need of assistance to ensure successful pickup and delivery.
Trouble shoot pickup and delivery errors and work closely with Operations Manager to reduce repeat errors.
Work directly with customers and enter new service request.
Communicate changes, issues, and update to customers to ensure they have a positive experienc
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Data entry in various platforms.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
