Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lumber Straightener to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and straightening lumber to ensure quality standards are met before distribution. If you have a strong work ethic, a good eye for imperfections, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities as a lumber straightener: 
  • Inspect lumber for warping, defects, and other irregularities
  • Straighten and stack lumber using manual and powered tools
  • Sort and organize materials by size, grade, and type
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
  • Follow company safety procedures at all times
  • Requirements as a lumber straightener: 
    • Strong attention to detail and quality
    • Previous experience in lumber or construction preferred, but not required
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
