Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Performance: Actively sell and assist customers to consistently meet and exceed individual and company sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build a robust customer base by compiling detailed client information and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Showroom Atmosphere: Establish a "second-home" feel in the Burlington showroom, ensuring every guest feels welcomed into the brand story.
- Brand Growth: Proactively find and recruit new clients to expand the existing customer database and community reach.
- Product Expertise: Commit to continuous learning of the product line to provide expert advice on intricate, handcrafted jewelry.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Jewelry Industry Knowledge: Prior experience specifically within the fine jewelry or timepiece industry.
- Multilingualism: Proficiency in more than one language to assist our diverse and international customer base.
- Community Networking: Experience acting as a brand ambassador or influencer within local markets like Plattsburgh.
- Sustainable Luxury Literacy: Understanding of certified-sustainable practices and the ability to communicate these values to customers.
- Collaborative Selling: Ability to contribute to a high-functioning team environment to achieve collective atelier milestones.
