Responsibilities:
Machine Operation Support: Effectively assist in running corrugating or finishing machines, including production machine setup, to achieve plant productivity and efficiency targets.
Safety & Compliance: Work safely and adhere to all Safety Leadership Principles and operational guidelines.
Material Handling: Secure and stage raw materials required for production.
Documentation & Administration: Accurately read factory orders and complete necessary quality and administrative documents.
Quality Assurance: Utilize precision tools such as tape measures and gauges to perform accurate inspections, ensuring product meets quality standards.
Product Handling: Inspect, count, and accurately stack finished product.
Waste Reduction: Focus on efforts to reduce waste and contribute to process improvements.
Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Skills:
Manufacturing Experience: Proven ability to follow directions and assist in a manufacturing or production environment.
Safety Focus: Demonstrated commitment to working safely and maintaining a safety mindset.
Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in utilizing basic shop math for measurements and calculations.
Measurement Competency: Ability to accurately read and utilize tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment.
Documentation Skills: Capable of accurately completing quality and administrative paperwork.
Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime.

Prior experience operating or assisting on corrugating or finishing machines.
