Job Description:

As a Machine Operator, you will operating machinery in a packaging facility and performing various tasks as needed. Machine Operators are essential for the smoking of material to ensure the local flavor remains the same as it has been for many years!

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor smokehouse machines throughout the cooking cycle
• Conduct and document quality checks for temperature, cook time, and other standards
• Unloading the product once the cook cycle is completed
• Foster a cooperative team environment by assisting coworkers and learning new equipment

Education: High School

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

• Ability to follow direction and work with a team
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend frequently
