As an Oven Operator, you'll be a key part of the food production team supervising the cooking process. Responsibilities:
Set and adjust oven temperatures, times, and conveyor speeds according to product specifications. You'll need to closely watch gauges and indicators to maintain optimal cooking conditions.
Conduct visual and physical inspections of products during and after baking to ensure they meet quality standards for color, texture, and consistency.
Load product racks or conveyors with raw materials and unload baked goods for the next stage of processing.
Accurately record production data, including cooking times, temperatures, and quality check results, to maintain compliance with company and food safety protocols.
Adhere to all safety procedures and good manufacturing practices (GMPs), including regular cleaning and sanitizing of ovens and work areas.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to a supervisor or lead.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in a food production or manufacturing environment, especially with industrial ovens.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting or minor equipment adjustments.
A cooperative and collaborative attitude is highly valued in our team-oriented environment.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
A basic education is required to perform the reading and math skills needed for the job.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
The ability to notice small changes in product quality or equipment operation is crucial.
You'll need to be able to accurately measure and calculate quantities.
A strong commitment to following all company and OSHA safety rules and procedures.
Understanding of basic food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures (e.g., HACCP and GMPs).
