This is a full-time, hourly position within a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Machine Setup & Operation
Prepare, set up, and operate CNC machines to execute precision drilling, turning, grinding, and milling tasks.
Prep component parts and safely load raw materials onto the machinery.
Perform initial test runs to guarantee machine outputs align perfectly with engineering specifications.
Actively monitor machinery during production runs and make necessary real-time adjustments to optimize output quality.
Inspect and maintain machinery on a daily basis to ensure continuous functionality and safety.
Quality Inspection & Compliance
Inspect finished products using high-precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Accurately document both the quality and quantity of completed production parts.
Communicate effectively with the Quality and Engineering departments regarding any non-conforming parts or process deviations.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Equipment Expertise: Prior experience setting up and operating machinery utilizing a Haas controller.
Advanced Controls: Hands-on experience with Haas 3+2 axis control systems.
Probing Systems: Experience performing setups using automated tool and material probing systems.

High School

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: 1???3 years of hands-on CNC operation experience and/or formal hands-on technical training.
Technical Skills: Proven experience as a CNC operator with demonstrated proficiency utilizing precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, engineering documents, and technical drawings.
Core Competencies: Strong mechanical aptitude and basic shop math skills.
