This is a full-time, Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering stable hours and a strong team culture.
FIRST AND SECOND SHIFT AVAILABLE
Responsibilities:
Machine Operation & Production
Set up, fixture, and operate Wire and/or Sinker EDM machinery.
Manage and run multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
Measure and verify part dimensions against job travelers, detailed work instructions, and technical blueprints.
Execute standard preventative maintenance schedules on machinery as required.
Quality & Process Optimization
Maintain a strict focus on top-tier precision, craftsmanship, and quality standards.
Identify opportunities to support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing production processes.
Collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining the autonomy to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Skills:
Programming experience utilizing Esprit software.
Dual experience across Wire, Sinker, and hole drill EDM processes.
Working knowledge of various metals, specialized alloys, and quality inspection techniques.
Documented quality training or familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles.
Experience operating manual shop equipment, including Bridgeport mills, lathes, or grinders.

Qualifications:
EDM Experience: 1???3 years of hands-on experience operating Wire and/or Sinker EDM machines.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read, interpret, and thoroughly understand complex blueprints and technical documentation.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new machining skills and step up to increasing levels of responsibility.
Education: High School diploma or GED.
