Responsibilities:
Operation and Monitoring ??????:
Set up machines for a production run by calibrating, loading materials, and making necessary adjustments.
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure it runs smoothly and at optimal efficiency.

Observe machine performance, watch for any deviations or malfunctions, and make adjustments as needed.
Quality Control ??????:
Inspect products for defects using precision tools like calipers and micrometers.
Ensure all final products meet quality standards and production specifications.
Keep accurate records of approved and defective units and log production data.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting ????:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs, to minimize downtime.
Identify and troubleshoot issues that may occur during a shift.
Collaborate with maintenance technicians for more complex repairs.
Safety and Compliance ??????:
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
