Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor continuous thermal processing and high-volume production machinery according to job specifications.
- Quality & Waste Control: Inspect finished products for strict quality compliance and manage raw material scrap processes.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine mechanical adjustments, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping while adhering to strict safety standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly with team members during shift changeovers to ensure smooth operational handoffs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and regularly lift up to 65 lbs.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using precision measuring tools.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a technical manufacturing environment.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- 2 - 5 years of industrial machine operation experience.
- Basic computer knowledge for production tracking.
