and maintains mechanical and hydraulic components of production machines and equipment such as pumps, material handling systems, and automated lubrication systems. Plans and coordinates schedule of preventive maintenance for equipment, machinery, tools, or buildings utilizing CMMS system to coordinate work orders. Operates and maintains stationary steam boilers and auxiliary steam equipment such as pumps, compressors, and air conditioning system. All by performing the following duties. Strong electronics, PLC, DCS, & VFD components background & supervisory skills.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities of Maintenance Technician/Mechanics to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner. Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment. Installs, programs, or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as programmable controllers. Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of maintenance assignment. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assists in assigning duties. Studies production and operation schedules and confers with manufacturing team to determine when planned maintenance will least interfere with operation of plant.

Skills:
Working Knowledge of ISO 9000 & 14000. Working knowledge of OSHA & EPA Regulations. The ability to get along with others. The ability to concentrate for extended periods. Working knowledge of Computer and CMMS software.

Qualifications:
Associate's degree (AS) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years Maintenance Technician experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience & one to three years of supervisory experience While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
