Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluation and implementation of equipment upgrades
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical guidance with troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Supervise maintenance activities and offer hands-on support.
- Lead and supervise maintenance personnel, manage daily assignments, performance reviews, and staffing schedules.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance role in food manufacturing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking software.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
