Diagnostics & Mechanical Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, pumps, vacuum pumps, overhead cranes, hoists, hydraulic systems, and specialized plant machinery.

Machining & Part Fabrication: Set up and operate conventional machine tools (lathes, drill presses, grinders, radial drill presses) to repair, modify, or manufacture replacement machine parts.

Hydraulics & Schematics: Read and interpret complex hydraulic and electrical schematics to diagnose system failures and trace control issues.

Welding & Fabrication: Perform arc, gas, MIG, and TIG welding to repair machinery, alter fixtures, and construct structural components.

Electrical & Facilities Support: Perform basic electrical repairs, install conduit, and support general facility infrastructure needs.

Material Handling & Driving: Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial boom lifts, and company utility vehicles to transport materials, parts, or tools between local vendor/facility locations.

Job Planning & Mentorship: Layout maintenance tasks, compile bills of materials (BOM) for parts orders, and help train and mentor junior technicians or trainees.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Schematics & Blueprints: Proven ability to read and work from complex technical blueprints, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic/electrical schematics.

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of total experience in the machine tool/industrial maintenance field, with at least 5 years of direct hands-on machinery repair in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Expertise: Advanced capability to diagnose, tear down, and rebuild complex machinery (e.g., CNC/automated machine tools, milling machines, hydraulic hot/stretch presses).

Welding & Machining Skills: Practical proficiency in TIG/MIG/Arc welding and standard metalworking machine operation.

Education: High school diploma or GED required. Completion of a trade school, vocational training, or formal apprenticeship in industrial maintenance/machinist trade is highly preferred.

Math & Computer Skills: Solid shop math skills (working with fractions, decimals, and standard measurements). Basic computer literacy (email and searching for parts/specifications online).

Tools: Must possess a standard set of professional hand tools for the maintenance trade.

Licensing: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
