This is a direct-hire position, meaning you are a permanent employee from day one, complete with great pay and a stable, predictable schedule.

Responsibilities:
- As a Maintenance Technician, your expertise will be used to keep production machinery running safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems when machines go down.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine PMs on conveyors, motors, and high-speed production machinery to prevent future issues.
- Electronics & PLCs: Work with PLCs and HMI systems to diagnose and resolve electronic faults.
- Read Schematics: Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to complete repairs accurately.
- Facility Upgrades: Assist with new equipment installations and ongoing facility upgrades.
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Skills:
- 1+ years experience in industrial maintenance preferred
- Mechanically inclinded
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Technical Knowledge: An understanding of electrical circuits, motors, and mechanical drives or conveyors.
- Tools of the Trade: Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment like multimeters and calipers.
- Experience: Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical degree.
- Mindset: A safety-first attitude and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
