Responsibilities:
Lead and perform daily maintenance activities on production equipment, infrastructure, and plant systems.
Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment installations.
Conduct daily inspections to ensure optimal operation of plant equipment.
Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships for service and repair work.
Ensure compliance with SQF, federal, and state safety standards.
Maintain food safety standards across all maintenance operations.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Food manufacturing experience highly preferred.
Certifications in general maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or automation fields.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or lead tech experience.
Familiarity with SQF standards and food safety practices.
Experience operating industrial cutting or packaging equipment.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
Previous exposure to electrical, mechanical, and automation systems (PLCs, controls, troubleshooting).
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Suite for work orders, inventory, and documentation.
Ability to lead by example, communicate clearly, and work well with cross-functional teams.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet, and perform physical tasks in hot or cold processing areas.
