Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Diagnose mechanical issues and determine effective solutions.
Repair and replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools.
Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
Collaborate with contractors and other technicians as needed.
Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and submit purchase orders as necessary.
Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and project work.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Trade certification in a related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Proficient with tools and maintenance equipment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in varying conditions (heights, confined spaces, outdoor environments).
