We are currently hiring for multiple shifts across Lake Crystal, St. Peter, and Mankato.
Lake Crystal, MN $25.00 - $32.00/hr | 1st Shift: Mon-Thu (5:45 AM – 4:15 PM)
St. Peter, MN $25.00 - $30.00/hr | 1st Shift: Mon-Fri (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) | 2nd Shift: Mon-Wed + Alt Thu (4:00 PM – 4:30 AM)
Mankato, MN $25.00+/hr | 1st Shift: Mon-Fri (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
North Mankato, MN $24.00 - $30.00/hr | 2nd Shift: Mon-Thu (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be a key contributor to operational success by ensuring high-speed production equipment operates at peak efficiency. You will handle everything from preventative maintenance (PM) to complex electrical troubleshooting and robotic equipment commissioning.

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose malfunctions in production machinery, including relays, motors, position sensors, and circuit boards.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
Electrical Maintenance: Repair or replace electrical components such as transformers, switches, and lighting fixtures.
Fabrication: Utilize metalworking tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) to repair or fabricate custom parts.
Equipment Commissioning: Assist in the setup, leveling, and installation of new machinery and robotic equipment.
Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of work orders and inventory using CMMS software.
Safety: Ensure all equipment operates in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven background in mechanical, hydraulic, and robotic maintenance within a high-volume manufacturing facility.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting schematics and blueprints.
PLC Knowledge: Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (standing, bending, climbing) for extended periods.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
