Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced electrical, mechanical, and construction repairs with blueprint/schematic interpretation.
Troubleshoot PLCs, drives, and automation components to ensure operational efficiency.
Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend preventive solutions.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding maintenance updates.
Coordinate with external service providers as needed.
Complete preventive maintenance tasks and maintain building utilities.
Prepare bills of materials and requisition necessary supplies.
Operate material handling equipment (e.g., hoists, forklifts, carts).
Adhere to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or related field.
Five (5) or more years of maintenance experience.
Experience with PLC systems.
Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Computer literacy and adherence to standard work practices.
Team-oriented with strong communication and critical thinking skills.

High School

4-7 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience with industrial machinery maintenance.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and troubleshooting techniques.
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work a physically demanding shift.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or off shifts.
