Perform routine and emergency maintenance across the property
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including basic diagnostics and maintenance
Complete drywall repairs, patching, and finishing
Execute painting projects, including touch-ups and full-unit turns
Conduct electrical repairs such as outlets, switches, fixtures, and minor wiring tasks
Repair and install appliances (stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.)
Perform general all-around maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and preventative upkeep
Respond to resident maintenance requests professionally and promptly
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support turnover of units to ensure readiness for new residents

No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HVAC, drywall, painting, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
Reliable work ethic with consistent job history
Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with residents
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Clean background required
Drug test required
Certifications preferred (HVAC, EPA, electrical, etc.) but not required
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions
