The role involves operating machinery, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Manufacture preformed rubber to meet specifications and production requirements
Operate compression, transfer, or injection presses to create rubber seals or gaskets
Use hand tools or automated trim machines to finish parts to meet final specifications
Actively participate in the plant's safety program
Read and comply with work instructions and blueprints, ensuring accurate measurements
Meet established production rates for the assigned area
Record accurate and timely production and quality data
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area
Participate in the High Performance Team for the work area
Perform other duties as assigned
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (not repetitively) and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to safety, detail, and quality is essential.
- Daily attendance and punctuality are required.
- Willingness to work overtime when customer demand dictates.
