Are you a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on process optimization and hands-on design? Our client is seeking a technical expert for a Direct Hire opportunity. You will play a pivotal role in driving production success by designing custom fixtures, streamlining workflows, and implementing continuous improvement strategies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Process Optimization: Develop and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment to increase efficiency.
Tool & Fixture Design: Design or source specialized tools, jigs, and machinery using 3D CAD modeling.
Continuous Improvement: Lead cost-reduction initiatives and quality improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Technical Support: Provide daily troubleshooting for equipment and offline programming for lasers and benders.
New Product Introduction (NPI): Establish process parameters for new product launches and ensure seamless integration into production.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Quality, Production, and Management to meet ISO standards and operational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 4–7 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role within a large-scale production facility.
Technical Expertise: Strong background in stainless steel TIG welding, laser cutting, orbital welding, and metal forming.
Software Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems, BOM structures, and offline programming for fabrication equipment.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: Lean or Six Sigma certifications are highly preferred.
Communication: Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
