      Leads global project teams for effective development and commercialization of new consumer packaging products. Displays clear understanding of team goals as defined by Global Marketing requirements, to deliver new innovative value-added consumer dispensing solutions. Motivates and supervises members of assigned project teams. Demonstrates the ability to lead a multi-disciplined work groups to effectively develop, tool and commercialize new products, meeting all objectives and schedules. Exhibits ability to communicate clearly, using both verbal and written skills. Displays clear leadership skills in working with customers, suppliers and operations teams to ensure successful execution of assigned projects. Drives new product development leading to commercialization of new international consumer product dispensing solutions.Responsibilities:Lead assigned team to identify goals, set plans, and successfully execute project activities on time, on budget using a StageGate methodology. Ensure that projects result in products meeting Customer, Marketing requirements using personal skills and industry knowledge. Ensure that the specific needs and constraints of the companies various Operations groups are effectively addressed during project execution. Serves as a vital and effective communication link between the customer and members of the internal team. Supervises, guides, coaches and develops team members to continually enhance performance. Independently interfaces with Customers, Suppliers, and companies Operations groups on both project and general dispensing technical matters. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required to carry out job requirements (~10%). Work with Marketing, Customers, Suppliers and other relevant sources to identify, research, develop and apply new technology to products and processes. Conduct effective presentations. Support and adhere to all system procedures and company policies / procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety regulations. Perform other related duties assigned.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Statistical Process Analysis ProficiencyFMEA, Risk Analysis, and Contingency planning experience.Education:BachelorsExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:Training and experience in project management principles. Two to Four year Business or Technical degree as it relates to essential functions outlined above. Minimum 4 years relevant experience associated with elastomeric rubber and / or plastic products, design and manufacturing processes. Planisware experience preferred Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
